We deliver final files by email, google drive or dropbox. Hence it is very important that you provide correct email address while ordering our service. You can always get in touch with us with your order ID in case of any issues.
You'll receive approved file in following formats: AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, JPG and transparent JPG. If you need the files in another formats/size then please let us know and we would be happy to provide you the files at no extra cost.
You will be able to use your files in designing any print materials, desktop publishing and on Web sites. For example you can use your logo on mouse pads, coffee cups, sticky notes, pens, t-shirts etc.
As you'll not be using more than one concept so you won't really require files for multiple mockups. However in case if you are not able to decide between few mockups then we can provide final files for additional mockups at just $10 USD/mockup.
Yes. We have completed design projects for companies around the globe, and often work with clients from the USA, Canada, Germany, and many other countries. We accept payment via 2Checkout payment gateway which allows anyone to order our service using their credit/debit cards.
Absolutely. You will retain the copyright for the designed logos. This will allow you to use the logo wherever and whenever you see fit. We do ask for the right to display the logo in our work portfolio for advertising purposes. This enables us to showcase our previous work and give our business more exposure.
If you are unhappy with the designs and revisions we produce, or even if you need to cancel your order before it has been completed, we will provide a full refund. We will not deduct any fees, even if work has been completed.
