Wollette is an innovative platform providing cashless payment solutions for events, festivals, and venues. By streamlining transactions, Wollette enhances convenience for both attendees and merchants.
Our project focused on developing two key applications to elevate the Wollette experience: a mobile app for users and a desktop app for merchants. The mobile app was designed to enable seamless cashless payments, account management, and real-time balance updates. The desktop app catered to merchants, allowing effortless transaction tracking, sales insights, and the management of multiple points of sale.
The primary challenge was balancing functionality with simplicity, ensuring accessibility for diverse user groups. It was also crucial to align the apps visually with Wollette's modern branding and to create interfaces that performed flawlessly under high-traffic conditions.
To meet these challenges, we conducted in-depth user research to identify key pain points and needs. The interfaces were designed and prototyped with a focus on mobile-first principles for the user app and scalability for the merchant app. Throughout the process, we worked closely with Wollette to establish a consistent visual language across all platforms.
